Heating

All homes at Appletree Fields are fitted with highly efficient Vaillant air-to-water Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) to reduce the impact on the environment.

An ASHP provides a sustainable heating solution for new homes. They work by absorbing energy from the outside air (from temperatures as low as -25 degrees Celsius) and transferring it through a wet based system. It works perfectly well with underfloor heating to the ground floor and low heat emitting radiators to the first floor, which have been carefully installed within each home at Appletree Fields.
