Once you have moved in, you’re bound to have a few questions. That is why we provide you with a handy booklet full of FAQs, plus access to your very own online account where you will find information specific to your home. Appliance serial numbers, kitchen details, bathroom specs and paint colours can all be found here. Information to the surrounding area, information on local schools, healthcare and leisure facilities are all just a click away.
When buying your new home, you will have added protection under the Consumer Code for Home Builders of which we are a member. The Consumer Code for Home Builders is an industry led code of conduct, which has been created to make the home buying process fairer and more transparent for purchasers. A copy of the Consumer Code can be downloaded here.
Once you have had a few days to settle in to your new home, a member of our team will pop by or call to say hello and check all is well with your new property. We will then arrange a convenient time for us to call back within your first 7 days of occupancy to complete a property check.
Your home has the benefit of cover under the Premier Guarantee Warranty scheme which covers structural defects and certain workmanship defects in your new home.

We apply the same high standards of care and attention to looking after our customers as we do in the quality of build of your new home. However, living in your property you may find slight defects and if this happens then we want to know about it so that we can put things right, that is why we carry out our 7 day property check visit. We will then work with you to get matters sorted and we will always use your feedback to improve things where we can.
