Completed in 2012, Lutyens Court, was an exclusive new homes development on the western edge of Chesterfield, comprising five stylish detached homes, built to exacting standards, with garden views over open fields.
Each house has been individually designed and is very much different from the next with varying and unique stone facades, gables and stone porticos.
Internally; oak was extensively used, for the doors, floors and stairs. The sleek modern kitchens are German designed and manufactured, with appliances and equipment from Siemens.
Using craftsmanship throughout the development has given an extremely high standard of finish.
