You’re bound to have a few questions after you’ve moved into your new home. That is why we provide you with a handy booklet full of FAQs, plus access to your very own online account where you will find information specific to your home. Appliance serial numbers, kitchen details, bathroom specs and paint colours can all be found here. Information to the surrounding area, information on local schools, healthcare and leisure facilities are all just a click away.
When buying your new home, you will have added protection under the Consumer Code for Home Builders of which we are a member. The Consumer Code for Home Builders is an industry led code ofconduct, which has been created to make the home buying process fairer and more transparent for purchasers. A copy of the Consumer Code can be downloaded here.
Once you have had a few days to settle in to your new home, a member of our team will pop by to say hello and check all is well with your new property. This is a chance to arrange a convenient time for us to call back and complete our 7 day visit.
A representative from our site team will visit you 7 days after your legal completion where we will agree any defects requiring rectification with you. Any visual damage, such as chips or scratches MUST be reported within 7 days of Legal Completion.
Years 3 -10
Your home has the benefit of cover under the Premier Guarantee Warranty scheme which covers structural defects and certain workmanship defects in your new home. Further details on what the Policy does and does not cover can be found in the Premier Guarantee Homeowners handbook. Each buyer has access to this electronically via the online platform.
Sometimes things don’t always go to plan, and if this happens then we want to know about it so that we can put things right. We promise to work with you to put things right and we will always use your feedback to improve things where we can.
